Project Scope

We begin with an initial assessment that considers 1) available assets, 2) predictable campaign capacity and, 3) a reasonable and appropriate maximum level of debt.  This assessment will help you understand both the advisable project size and possible campaign goal.

Mission and Vision Clarification

Through comprehensive consulting, we assist you to clearly articulate your God given mission and vision for the future.  If Strategic Planning is needed to help create a picture of your desired future and the planning for that, this optional service, facilitated by our trained and experienced staff can be a part of your campaign.

Campaign Planning

Our consultants work with you  to design a campaign process customized to fit your church’s unique culture.  The process is understandable, flexible, and designed to utilize the gifts of your campaign leadership participants.  We assist in:

• Recruiting and training campaign leadership and committees
• Setting the appropriate campaign goal
• Working with the Building Committee
• Developing the campaign schedule
• Communicating the vision
• Launching and conducting the campaign

Throughout the process...

We provide training, counsel, and assistance through regular visits with campaign leadership to help assure realization of the campaign’s fullest potential.

Our Commitment to Follow-up!

Your consultant is committed to standing by your church until the process is complete.  This typically means that for up to 42 months we remain by your side to assist with formal follow-up of the campaign plan and the financial commitments initially made.  Without formal follow-up few campaigns will receive 100% of the commitments.  Our follow-up plan usually results in full realization of the initial commitments and often exceeds initial commitments.
