Use this Enrollment Form if you are applying for Online Services for the first time. By submitting this form, you will be able to see the accounts on which you are an owner or authorized signer with Christian Investors Financial via our Online Services. (Note: Online Services require version 6.0 or 7.0 Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox 1.5 or higher or Safari 2.0. If your browser does not meet these requirements, you may be unable to access our services.

Instructions

  1. Complete the Enrollment Form below
  2. E-mail the Enrollment Form to us by clicking below. By submitting this Enrollment Form, you represent that you have read and agree to abide by Christian Investors Financial Online Services Agreement.
  3. We will send you an initial password by First-class mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for receipt. Upon your first login, you will be required to create your own password.
